By using the Five Keys to Being a True Professional, participants learn how to be more effective in the workplace, enhancing their performance and their collaboration with their colleagues and others above and below them in the organization.   • 90-Minute Training Program
    Ideal for Call Centers and Customer-Facing Groups; can be delivered over three 30-minute sessions
  • 30-Minute Presentation
    Keynote or executive presentation; a word-for-word script with PowerPoint slides highlighting the Five Keys to Being a True Professional

This is a specially adapted version of our Peak Performance through Professionalism program for college students and high school seniors to assist them in making the transition into the workplace. It interactively teaches them the skills-sets of professionalism and the conduct that will be expected of them whatever their chosen field of employment. It specifically assists them in becoming contributing members of society by being successful at work and in their social lives.
