Attributes of Great Leaders
“Leadership is not about rank, title or position. It is about actions and results.”
Great Leaders are focused on creating the future. They focus on what we can become: what we can achieve. They are not remembered simply because they were people with good character who could communicate well or had great integrity or passion – although that often helps. History is full of people with such positive traits that no one has ever heard of.
We remember Abraham Lincoln and others because of the actions they took and the results they produced.
The greater the result, the greater the Leader.
Great Leaders are judged by their legacy. They are judged by the goals they pursued and the results they achieved.
