Internal Revenue Service
The Goals Institute has provided numerous Professionalism Is for Everyone seminars for the IRS and the IRS has purchased copies of the book Professionalism Is for Everyone for hundreds of associates. In addition, modeled after the the former television program, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?, creative individuals at the Internal Revenue Service taught the principles in Professionalism Is for Everyone to new and emerging leaders using a game format called Who wants to be a Professional?

U.S. Postal Service
The U.S. Postal Service chose The Goals Institute’s Professionalism Is for Everyone program for its leadership mentoring program in the maintenance division. The Goals Institute presented two full-day sessions entitled Soaring with Professionalism. During these programs, the participants developed role-plays to demonstrate how they could use the concepts in the book to address challenges and opportunities they are facing in mentoring proteges. This program is provided one or more times each year.

Subsequently The Goals Institute provided additional programs to other areas within the Postal Service.
